The Codfather is slowly gaining a reputation for serving the finest fish and chips to be found anywhere in the Northwest of England. At The Codfather we emphasise on quality and produce cooked to perfection.

Open all year round serving from 11:30am till 1:30pm and 4:30pm till 7:30pm weekdays, 11.30am till 1.30pm Saturdays and closed on Sundays. You will be greeted by friendly staff, experienced in serving traditional fish and chips, with the guarantee of the finest ingredients.

Whenever possible we buy our produce from local suppliers and cook them fresh in our kitchen. All our fish and chips are fried to order, except at peak times, to ensure that you always get the freshest product possible, and so you enjoy the best possible taste.

At The Codfather we are very proud of being awarded a five star rating by the food hygiene agency, we take great pride in the food we prepare for you.
