Our Fish
All our fish is caught in the North Sea from stocks which are fully sustainable and which is line caught. We offer Scottish Cod, Haddock and Plaice and we also offer Scampi from the only possible place, Whitby.
Our chips
We use a few varieties of potatoes depending on the time of the year. We are currently using a yellow potato call Amora which are grown in Cambridgeshire. We chip all our potatoes in our very own kitchen on site and every one is cooked to perfection at 175-180C to produce the perfect, tastier chip.
